For Individual clients the fee is £50 for an hour's session.
For Couples the fee is £65 for an hour's session.
If you find this difficult financially, I do have a limited number of concessionary sessions. Please contact me to discuss this.

I take your confidentiality very seriously and will discuss this with you when we meet. As a registered member of BACP, I follow their code of Ethics and guidelines and am also registered with Information Commisioners Office and by law I adhere to GDPR.

Where do you work, and how do I get there?
This varies from person to person and couple to couple. It depends on what you bring. I offer both short and long term therapy.I suggest that after a few sessions, we can have a discussion to see how this is helping and this will give us more of an idea of how many sessions are needed.

I work online, either by Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or WhatsApp, whichever is better for you.
This way, you don't have to travel or finding parking to see me, this can be done from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have an internet connection and privacy to talk.
Studies have shown that there are the same outcomes in woking online as in face-to face therapy.

This is up to you, as we work together, we will always be reflecting back on your progress and we will discuss together how and when we will end our work together. This may be by having a particular number of sessions or reducing the frequency of our sessions.

Payment is to be made at the time of booking either by bank transfer or PayPal.
